No. The proposal link is public — your client clicks, reads, and signs. No login, no app, no hassle.
Yes, for most jobs. Accepting with a name is a simple electronic signature under the EU eIDAS regulation; name and time are stored. That is sufficient for contracts without a form requirement – which covers most service and project contracts. Where the law requires written form, it is not enough.
Yes. With monthly billing you cancel at the end of the month, with annual billing at the end of the paid year – no further minimum term and no hidden fees. You can export your data beforehand.
Yes. The CSV export is in DATEV format and can be directly imported by your accountant.
Yes. Every invoice is created as an e-invoice in XRechnung 3.0 format – in every plan. Invoice numbers have no gaps, issued invoices are locked and only corrected by cancellation with a credit note. There is a template for the process documentation with your company details.
